general information
Attire
It is recommended that you pack practical layers and waterproof gear for chilly excursions, smart-casual wear for evenings and relaxed clothing for onboard days.
If you are eating dinner in the main dining room, collared shirts, slacks, nice dresses, skirts are recommended. Shorts, tank tops and swimwear are not allowed in the dining room in the evenings.
Please note that your cruise will feature 2 formal nights (also known as Dress your Best) in the main dining room. These nights tyipically land on Day 2 and Day 6. While some guests wear full suits, tuxedos, cocktail dress or evening gowns, most opt for nice slacks, sweaters, button-down shirts and dresses or skirts and blouses.


Weather
Weather during your cruising time can be cool, wet, and unpredictable, with daily high temperature ranging from the low 40's to the mid-50's and a high chance of rain. It is recommended you check the weather before you depart.
Currency and Tipping
The cruise is a cashless system. You will receive your SeaPass card which will be your form of payment throughout the duration of the sail. You can pick up this card once your stateroom is ready. It will be in the box located outside your cabin. At the ports, it is all U.S. dollars, except for in Victoria. Credit Cards are also widely accepted at the ports.
The daily service gratuity that covers the ship's main dining room, stateroom and service teams have been pre-paid by Ed's Supply. Gratuities for servers in the specialty restaurants, spa attendants and any excursion you purchase are not covered and at your discretion.


Electrical Current
Staterooms will have multiple types out outlets consisting of the standard US outlet, USB ports and standard European outlets.
Time Zone
Voyager of the Seas will depart from Seattle, which operates on Pacific Time. Once you depart from Seattle, the time zone will shift to Alaska time which is one hour behind Pacific Time. Hospitality Desk
The Ed's Supply Hospitality Desk will be located on Deck 7 mid ship by the elevators/stairs. Our staff will be available to assist with any questions you may have throughout the week.
Any questions related to your incidentals, specialty restaurant dinner reservations or excursions will need to be handled by Guest Services on Deck 5.
